Porter C Brew Session

08-02-2016: Added hops right into the kettle, forgot the ultramoss. Will have to clear with gelatin. Secondary fermentation in keg? I can add a full litre when using the gelatin, and still be within boundaries. 21-02-2016: Racked to keg as secondary. Fermentation is at 1.024, so I hope it'll continue. I should check clarity before i decide to use gelatin, otherwise i can use a proper amount of sugar mixed into water to bottle. Taste was awesome, much more coffee now and correct bitterness. Made 2 tasters out of the yeasty bits! I ought to check fermentation on 28-02-2016.
