13Dec2015 - though everything seemed to go smoothly little disappointing on the OG - perhaps I just used too much water? OG = 1.056, perhaps 1.1 gal to fermenter (originally I estimated 1.4 but upon transfer to secondary I had just over 1.0 gallon)
19Dec2015 - gravity about 1.010 and smelling a bit wild so nervous today as I transfer to secondary (1 gallon jug)
27Dec2015 - add 0.5 oz Mosaic pellets for dry-hop
6Dec2015 - bottling (a few days late perhaps) 1.008 FG and things are smelling, tasting very good - 4 22 oz plus a 14 oz bottle filled with about 8 oz left over for sipping
