Finally fit my starting gravity! First time with using a false bottom too. Ended up boiling 120 minutes instead of 90 minutes to hit my final volume numbers. I believe this helped me hit my gravity as well. Pitched onto my yeast cake from my 70 Shilling, and within 5 hours it is bubbling like crazy.
Boiled down a gallon of my first runnings to about 1/3 - 1/2 volume and added back to main boil.
1st runnings - 1.082
2nd runnings - 1.033
Preboil - 1.062
OG - 1.095
Ended up with about 3.1 gallons in the fermenter. Just noticed that my recipe was for 3.5 gallons and I was brewing based on 3 gallons. Oh well. A little less volume but hit my target gravity. Will take some learning to get used to the false bottom.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 6.00gallonsliters at 1.062 for 120 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 2.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.083.
You wanted an OG of 1.095. It looks like it will be under.
