Notes:

- Perfectly (maybe over) carbed in a week. Expecting it to be a bit over carbed for an IPA. - Strong hop aroma - typical coopers extract taste not obvious initially but became more prominent as the beer warmed up - Head retention not great - quite dark compared to the DME ones
