Did not collect enough second runnings and ended up with 5.5 gallons batch before boil.
Original Gravity 1.055 going into primary (on target).
Used blow off tube for adaptive and attenuative fermentation (72 hours), then attached 3-piece airlock.
3.75 gallons in fermenter.
Gravity after 4 days of fermentation 1.014 (on target).
Moved to secondary on 9/5/15. Gravity of 1.013. Added dry hops, 1 Oz Citra.
Moved to tertiary on 9/12/15 to improve clarity and to filter hop particulates. Gravity of 1.013. Good color.
