Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 5.00gallonsliters at 1.039 for 90 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.50gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.051.
You were planning on an OG of 1.051 so you are right on track. Nice job!
Significant citrus, fruit and pine aroma, not expected due to mash hopping. Very smooth bitterness. Hop flavor dominates, although some malt flavor comes through. Medium mouth-feel. A great IPA!
