3.5 gallons mash, 3.2 gallons sparge goal. Had to add 1 gallon at 180 degrees to warm the mash. Need to overheat water next time to compensate for heat loss from grain temp.
Mash out was at 154 degrees due to grain temp. Same as mash. Overheat by 12 degrees to ensure goal temps.
