1/26/24. OG is 1.053. Brewed with Belma and Waimea hops for flavor/aroma. Pitched yeast today.
3/2/24 FG is 1.007. bottled today and the sample is quite good, nice and fruity with a little bit of bread at the end. I'm really looking forward to this carbonated.
