11/22/23 Mashed in around 9:55am, hit staring mash temp right on at 143. hold for 35 min. 17min in gave it a stir. Turned temp up to 155 at 10:30am got to 155 at 10:40am hold for 25 min. 13min in gave it a stir. Turned temp up to 168 around 11:05am, hit it about 11:15am. Runoff took about 45 min. Pre-boil gravity is at 1.062, about 9 points higher than plan. Boil started at 12:20pm. Boil went as planned, in the end I have 5.3 gals. in the fermenter. Pitched yeasts at about 2:13pm.
