Mash in at 152 with mash out at 168. Needed 5 gallons of water just to cover the grain bed for the mash. The Brewzilla lifts the mash almost 2 inches above the strike water. I needed to use approximately 2 gallons of sparge water. Adding a sight glass will help in the known volume of the boil. Need to add about another .5 gallon to the boil.
