Used Solstice Malt Pale as primary grain
Heated Strike water to 164, transferred via scooping and then slowly mashed. After 10 mins in the mash tun, the temp was at 149 degrees. Increased the sparge water temp up to 170 to release different sugars as well as make up for the lower 1st mash.
