(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Brew shop gave me 2.5 lbs more grain in the recipe, I assumed it was extra Maris Otter. I mixed the crushed grain and weighed out 8.5 lbs to brew with. The percentage of Victory and CaraMunich will be slightly lower than planned.
Had to add about 1/3 gallon of water at end of boil to lower OG. Mash efficiency was better than expected, about 83%.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 6.50gallonsliters at 1.043 for 45 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 0.75gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.048.
You were planning on an OG of 1.048 so you are right on track. Nice job!
Pours a beautiful clear light amber color with mild carbonation per style. Nice bready, cracker malt backbone. Clean, crisp bitterness and floral notes with some subtle fruity esters. Very good!
