dia 08/08 - sem nenhum sinal de fermentacao dia 09/08 - formacao de espuma na parte de cima do mosto/cerveja dia 13/08 - pouquissima espuma por cima, gravidade medida 1.053 (corrigido = 1.033 (ABV 6,9%)) - portanto ja aumentada a temperatura para 17C dia 16/08 - cerveja sem espuma, gravidade medida 1.052 (corrigido = 1.032 (ABV 7%)) - portanto nao chegou a FG esperada, por isso mexi no fermentador para re-suspender uma parte das leveduras (tem que chegar a aprox 1.047 = 1.025 para 8% ABV) dia 23/08 - FG 1.049 = 1.027 = 7.7% ABV (envase)
