Had trouble with cooling wort. I tried to cool in a deep freezer and that took too long (maybe 5 hrs.). After the first hour I racked the wort to my fermenter to try to limit the potential for something bad to happen and to speed cooling. I had already started hydrating my yeast so it sat longer than I wanted. I pitched it at 170 degrees. Not too optimistic but we'll see.
