(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
First brew in just over a year, went smoothly, ended up about a quart heavy in the fermenter and just a bit low on OG as a result. The beer was a beautiful red, the wort tasted nice and fermentation was visible about 8 hours after pitching the yeast. Looking forward to this beer.

Bottled today 04/12/2021, ended up with 60 bottles of red, I'm a bit concerned that this finished so low, it's usually pretty close to the estimate but this went lower, tastes a bit thin and dry as a result when bottling. I'll condition it and hope that it tastes okay in the bottle in a couple of weeks.
