Brew Session Info

(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)

Mashed with 5 gal at 152 for 60 minutes and sparged with 2 gal at 170 for 10 min. Pre-boil OG indicated 81% efficiency, better than expected, so I was slightly above my original OG target of 1.050 for 5.25 gal, so topped off fermenter with 1/2 gallon to 5.5 gal resulting in an OG of 1.055.
