Old School Brew Session

Brew Session Info

(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)

Smooth brew day, very good efficiency as well, came .004 points high on gravity. Beer is a beautiful color, not quite as dark as I had planned because I was out of Munich and replaced with Vienna, 6 gallons in the fermenter start around 63 and let it rise to 68 over the course of fermentation.
