Took 2nd place in competition against 7 other Irish Red brewers.
3 weeks in bottle. Strong malt aroma, golden dark amber color, (no red tint, I need to add some CaraRed or Carafa III), nice 1" tan head with good lacing to end. Taste is malt forward, a biting sweetness that fades to a smooth malt character with a very slight hop tang.
