Stuck Sparge half way through the starting mash and i don't know why. O.G. was 1.056 and F.G. was 1.013 ABV @ 5.63%
Based on boiling 6.45 gallonsliters at 1.056 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.065. You wanted an OG of 1.057. It looks like it will be over.
