Pours pale yellow, clear, with about 1 finger of foam. Aroma is mostly floral and a touch of sulfur. Flavor is corn flakes followed by a floral aspect, like a light Pilsner Urquell, finishing with a light bitterness. Body is medium with a bit of nucleation sharpness. Overall I really enjoy it as a lighter beer. It fits well as a cream ale. As an experiment, it is awesome, so I'll give it 4 stars as it's a bit shy of perfect; it's just missing something.
