Color is a nice golden brown with good carbonation and a thin tight head. Aroma is toasted malt with a hint of hop spice. It has a medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Flavor comes in bready, a bit like a toasted biscuit, then a mild bitterness and a hop spice. In the aftertaste the spice leads the way followed by more of the biscuit and a faint sweetness that hangs on. Overall it's a nice brew but would be a little better if we back off on the malts a bit. I do like the classic hop taste and spice.
