(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
A couple of changes to the recipe today, I used malted wheat with no flaked wheat in this beer, was out of flaked but had plenty of wheat malt so I subbed it. I'm also going to add the zest of 4 grapefruits at the end of the boil(5 min) to change it up a bit. Mash started at 149.9 F and ended at 149.7 F after 60 minutes. Gravity Reading 4/12/19 1.006 likely done I'll let it condition for another week or so before bottling. Bottled this 4/19 ended up with about 61 bottles, tastes good, I'll test it in a couple of weeks.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 7.00gallonsliters at 1.044 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.050.
You wanted an OG of 1.053. It looks like it will be under.
