(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Brewing for my annual canoe trip. Smooth brew day, temps and gravity good and the wort tasted nice. Kicking off fermentation at 63, I'll let it rise to 68 over the course of a few days. I'll move to secondary in a couple of weeks and cold crash before bottling.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 7.00gallonsliters at 1.048 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.055.
You wanted an OG of 1.052. It looks like it will be over.
Great Irish Red Recipe, it never dissappoints. Nice malt flavor with a dry finish and a clear red color.
Comments
March 15th took gravity reading one week in, 1.010 looks and tastes good, likely it's done I'll condition for a while longer and cold crash before bottling.
