- CO2 at 40 psi for 36hrs @ 35 deg f. Lowered to 3 psi for serving. Was not overly impressed with first sample. Did not get the fruity hop aroma I was expecting. Would skip Warrior addition next time and drop one of the 3 hops. Also add a 1 lb of Vienna or Munich malt.
