- Water Profile: Ca - 59, Mg - 13, SO4 - 125, Cl - 51 - Mash Water Additions: Gypsum - 2.4g (0.675tsp), CaCl - 1.4g (0.5tsp), Epsom - 2.4g (0.6tsp), 3.5mL Lactic Acid - Spare Water Additions: Gypsum - 2.4g (0.675tsp), CaCl - 1.4g (0.5tsp), Epsom - 2.4g (0.6tsp), - Add 8ml Lactic Acid to last 15min boil - Fermenting @ 65ish on days 3, then moved upstairs. - Dry Hopped on Day 6 - OG = 14 Brix = 1.056, Day 20 = 6 Brix = 1.005
