(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Snowy 30 degree day so it's going to be my first attempt at using the immersion chiller as a heating element in the mash tun to keep the temp up. Pumping hot water from the HLT through the immersion chiller sitting in the Mash tun after mashing in. NOTE: it worked well and kept the mash temp at 152 and was able to raise the temp to 170 to mash out.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 7.50gallonsliters at 1.053 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.060.
You wanted an OG of 1.067. It looks like it will be under.
