Gebrouwen in 3 gallon Igloo koeler en 18 liter brouwpan, 1cm hoogte = 750mL. Heet water uit kraan gebruikt (~50C). Maisch-in was 65 graden, na 45min nog steeds 64C. Kokend water erbij voor maisch-uit gaf 78C. SG (dompelaar) na koken: 1.068, na gisten: 1.004. Geen erlenmeyer experiment gestart i.v.m. weinig wort. Ingekookt: 1,75L/hr. Gisting in kelderkast bij relatief stabiele oplopende temperatuur van 24?C. Hoofdgisting binnen x dagen voltooid, indicatie: geen activiteit waterslot. Na 4 weken gemeten wat eind SG was: 1.004. 25 Flesjes x 0.3L = 7,5L.
