People say it's a myth, but I think keg hopping this much hops really adds a grassy flavor after a week.
Ho-lee-shit this beer is good. Hop sediment has cleared and delicious beer is born. Dank, floral, and citrus in the nose and tongue. Perfect amount of body and bitterness
Uh-oh. 1st attempt at keg hopping. Put 2.25oz of Mosaic pellets in a mesh canister in the keg. 1st sample was very, very, vegetal with a cat-piss aroma. I sure hope this mellows out, or i'll have to dump it.
