Notes:

Bottled the other half of the batch. Added 4oz. of Galaxy hops to carboy on 11/12.

Notes:

Clean IPA with nice aromatics but bitter aftertaste. Foam is velvety and thick. Going to let sit for another week or so and see if the bitterness diminishes.
