Special Instructions
- Mash grain 45 min with 3 Gal water at 179F to rest at 152F
- Add carapils to mash and mash for 15 min
- Sparge mash with 5 gallons at 170F
- Bring wart to a boil for 30 min
- Add 1oz hops and boil for 45 min
- Add 1oz hops and boil for 15 min
- Rack and add yeast at 68F
- Bottle after 2 weeks
