Special Instructions

  1. Mash grain 45 min with 3 Gal water at 179F to rest at 152F
  2. Add carapils to mash and mash for 15 min
  3. Sparge mash with 5 gallons at 170F
  4. Bring wart to a boil for 30 min
  5. Add 1oz hops and boil for 45 min
  6. Add 1oz hops and boil for 15 min
  7. Rack and add yeast at 68F
  8. Bottle after 2 weeks
