Hopstand went from 174 to about 160 during the 30m. Hopstand hops went in during heat up. Everything went perfectly. Too much water during rehydration. Hops in at transfer, they almost all stayed in the bottom and got buried by the trub, but came up during active ferm. Hops stayed on top the whole time, first dry hop was in while the yeast was still working and the beer was cloudy. Diacetyl coming out on day 5, ended temp control. Tasted it at kegging, super hoppy flavors, clean. Carbed perfect in one day, tastes amazing! Full force Equinox, def getting the berry thing, almost a candy sugar note on the nose too, pretty bitter but not too much. The bitterness is mellowing out after a week in the keg, the Equinox character is really really good.
