1st time doing all grain !Didn't realize how much grain I had and how long it took to Mill.Should get a better Mill !Mash at 3:20 EST( About the mash temperature : initial strike temperature was 162 (4 gallons of H2) ; but by the time I added all the grain, the temp had dropped to 148.Freaked out and added 1 gallon of 160 degree H2OStirred, and checked temp while additional H2O was heating up.Temp was even lower ! (138)Got that water to 170 degrees, added 1 more gallon.So now it's 6 gallons ...
