pump was clogged and i lost some wort. I put 4.25 gallons of wort into fermenter and topped with 1 gallon of left over sparge water. Added 2.5 cups DME (boiled) to somewhat offset incorrect Mash Calc using Brewtoad. Add 2 quartered Grapefruits to secondary for 7 days.
