Really got fed up with all the internet crap about BIAB. So I threw the grain bill in a big bag and mashed it for 90 minutes with a ten-min mash-out where I never really quite hit 170. Diluted back up to 3.0 gallons, because... reasons? Anyway, it spec'd out at 1.050 so I'm not shedding any tears. It's got a bit of a slight green tinge that I hope flocs out.
