Special Instructions

Heat 32,78 litres water to 68 degs C

Add grain and steep for 60 minutes
3.
Remove grain bag and then bring wort to the boil
4.
At 60 minutes add 31,3 g Cascade hops
5.
At 15 minutes add wort chiller
6.
At 10 minutes add irish moss
7.
At flame out cool wort to 22 degs C
8.
Add yeast
