California Common Recipe - Berlin Common

My brew had OG 1.066, FG: 1.022 (pretty much spot on). Fermented at 18 C for 2 weeks then bottled and stored at 18 C for another two weeks. I aimed for a moderate level of carbonation, kinda like English ESB\u0027s. Turned out absolutely yummy. Malty yet with good strong hops flavours. Surely not as good as Anchor Steam straight from the tap in SF looking at the harbour, but still a nice homebrewed beer. Would brew it again. Next time probably with some added Vienna malt to give it more body. Wouldn\u0027t change the hops combination at all though, very happy with replacing Northern Brewer (my homebrew shop had none available at the time) with Aurora. Fairly easy to make as well, this was the second batch I ever made.
