Special Instructions

  1. April 22/19 930am: Hit 64.8C on mash in. 2.86 L/kg ratio(17.68L/6.17kg). 3g CaSO4, 2.5g CaCl2, 6ml phosphoric.
  2. 30 minute mash, stirring every 5 minutes. Added 750ml filtered 80C water at 20 minutes as mash felt too thick.
  3. 17.87L of 70C sparge water, hit 62.6C. Same salts and 1/2 the phosphoric in sparge water
  4. Added 8oz dextrose due to low pre-boil SG.
  5. May 1/19 9am: Added dry hops and temped down to 19C. Tasting great. Brewgr erased OG so not sure what it was
  6. May 12/19: Bottling Day. 19.5L/515gal, 5.9oz dextrose, 74F/23.5C, 2.9 volumes.
