- Mash at 67degrees for 60 minutes
- Add hops at 60 minutes
- Add Orange and corriander at 30mins
- Cool down wort to 17degrees and pitch yeast
- Ferment at 17degrees for 3 weeks for a more citrusy character to develop (as of yeast)
