Special Instructions

  1. Mash at 67degrees for 60 minutes
  2. Add hops at 60 minutes
  3. Add Orange and corriander at 30mins
  4. Cool down wort to 17degrees and pitch yeast
  5. Ferment at 17degrees for 3 weeks for a more citrusy character to develop (as of yeast)
  6. Bottle and enjoy!
