Special Instructions
- Steep Grains at 156 degrees for 45 minutes
- Add 4 lb DME for 60 minute boil
- Add 1 oz Norther Hops at start of 60 minute boil
- Add 4 lbs DME with 15 minutes left in boil
- Add 13 fl oz Maple Syrup with 15 minutes left in boil
- Add 1 oz Northern Hops with 15 minutes left in boil
- Add 2 lbs dried cherries to carboy
- Let ferment then rack to secondary add vanilla and cinnamon for 2 weeks
