Special Instructions

  1. Steep Grains at 156 degrees for 45 minutes
  2. Add 4 lb DME for 60 minute boil
  3. Add 1 oz Norther Hops at start of 60 minute boil
  4. Add 4 lbs DME with 15 minutes left in boil
  5. Add 13 fl oz Maple Syrup with 15 minutes left in boil
  6. Add 1 oz Northern Hops with 15 minutes left in boil
  7. Add 2 lbs dried cherries to carboy
  8. Let ferment then rack to secondary add vanilla and cinnamon for 2 weeks
