This is the third variation on the "Simply IPA" beer kit from Midwest Supply. The kit comes with 6 lbs of Pilsen Light malt syrup and 1 lb of Golden Light Dry Malt. On my first batch I switched out the Golden Light for Amber to get more color. It was excellent. On the second batch I augmented this by steeping 8 oz of Crystal 60 and 1/2 oz of Chocolate 347. This was bottled two days prior to this writing. Will update.
