Special Instructions

  1. Steep grains @ 150 degrees for 30 minutes
  2. Add DME and Rice Solids Bring to boil
  3. Add 1oz Amarillo with 60 minutes left in boil
  4. Add 1oz Amarillo with 15 minutes left in boil
  5. Add 1oz Orange Zest with 15 minutes left in boil
  6. Cool and pitch yeast in fermenter for 7 days
  7. Rack to secondary and add 1oz Amarillo in muslin bag for 7 day dry hop
