Room Experiment: I do not have lots of equipment or space. So, this is being made in multiple smaller batches and then combined. **Burnt the second batch of malt a little bit and darkened the color SIGNIFICANTLY** **Used Bavarian wheat malt (AMz) and Millairds Malt because out of stock on second Millairds** OG turned out to be around 1.051 Still fermenting and waiting for FG
