60 minute mash at 154 F. Steep crushed (not ground) coriander seed and fresh orange zest for last 5 mins of boil. 90 min boil. Strike approx 22L (two inches below rivets) at 10:50AM at 162F Jan 10,2021. Mixed well and added ~1/2tsp Amylase. Covered with towel and pinned. Data point: 144F at 11:06AM.
