brewed October 1, was around target 1.050 OG, krausen blowout overnight during first 24 hours of ferm, removed, cleaned and sanitized lid and airlock and reattached. Airlock remained p active for about 9 days after racking into carboy, grav reading at 11 days indicated target FG was met, added 1oz dry hop.

Brew No.11 Do again. Nah. 5/10 Cherry flavour took a while to settle down, good low alcohol beer. Over carbonated. Bit boring tbh. Using up my Hallertau Mittlefrueh. Same weight of leaf to pellets. Test adding Mangrove Jack’s Natural Flavour Boost to bottles OG 1040. FG 1012. 4.7% Attenuation - 69%
