Start Mash tun with 4-Gallons of 160-Degree Water, then add to grain and let sit for 1-Hour which will yield only 2.5-Gallons. Heat another 3-Gallons of water to 170-Degrees, then add to grain and let sit for 15-minutes which will yield another 3-Gallons of Wort.
