Oatmeal Stout. 3rd time we made it. It was a big seller on the soft opening 03/26/2016. People liked it and the keg went dry!! Used MJ's leaf hops for dry hopping. question the use of Carapils when using oatmeal.
7 days primary fermentation at 25C. OG 1.053 Cold crashing for 4 days. Temperature varying from -2C to 5C. FG 1.018 *will check the gravity again after the cold crashing.
