Water is 85% RO, 15% A2 H2O. Strike with 2.5 gal (.375 gal tap), add 2g Ca(OH)2. Target 150F. Acidify 6 gal (.9gal tap)to 5.30pH. Add 1g gypsum to BK. Boil 60 minutes, KO@64F, oxygenate wort, pitch WY1084.
