Russian Imperial Stout with cocoa nibs and espresso beans in the secondary
Russian Imperial Stout. When I created this stout I wanted something that was cross between a Rasputin, Ten Fidy, and a Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout.
A hefty stout made in tribute to the modern jalapeno popper, a jalapeno pepper, filled with creme cheese, wrapped with bacon and cooked on a barbecue. The goal here is just the right amount of sweet, spicy and smoky.
