An Imperial IPA brewed with Amarillo and Citra Hops, mixed with sweetened grapefruit juice for a sweet hoppy sumertime beer. The goal is to have 3/4 IIPA and 1/4 Grapefruitade
Chinook Bittered, Amarillo & Columbus for the later additions including dry hoping with Amarillo.
mash @ 148 for 150 mins. then raise temp to 165 for mash out.
