All grain attempt two at perfecting the double IPA. This bordered on being a triple IPA (if there is such a thing) and pushed my all grain capacity to its limits.
Started of a clone for Flower Power, changed hops/schedule and added corn sugar to dry out a bit. BIAB Grains: Great Western Domestic 2-Row Malt Gambrius Honey Malt Weyermann Acidulated Malt Target water ph of 5.4 for enhanced attenuation.
Based on the AHA Hop Hammer recipe, which comes from Jamil, who based it on the original Pliny recipe from Vinnie.
